What information we collect

When you place a Cash on Delivery order with us, we collect your full name, phone number, and delivery address (street address, barangay, city, province, and postal code).

We also keep a one-way, pseudonymised (hashed) record of the IP address and the browser/device information (user agent) your order was submitted from. We cannot reverse this hash back into your original IP address; it exists only to detect and prevent abuse of the order form.

Why we collect it

We use your name, phone number, and delivery address to process and fulfil your order — including calling you to confirm the order before dispatch and arranging delivery.

We use the pseudonymised IP/device information to detect and prevent fraudulent or abusive orders (for example, an unusually large number of orders placed in a short period).

We also keep certain order records to meet our legal and accounting record-keeping obligations, for as long as the law requires.

How long we keep it

Once an order reaches a final status of delivered, cancelled, or returned, we automatically clear your personal information (name, phone number, and address) 12 months after that status is reached.

If an order is identified as spam or fraudulent, we clear the personal information sooner — 7 days after that determination.

Clearing your personal information is a tombstone erasure, not a deletion of the order record: your order reference, the product ordered, its price, its status, and the order's timestamps are all kept for our accounting records, even after your name, phone number, and address have been cleared.

Who has access to your information

Your personal information is only ever visible to Fortheo's operations team, and only through a separate, authenticated internal tool used to confirm and dispatch orders.

There is no page, endpoint, or feature on the public Fortheo website (including any Fortheo landing page) that displays your name, phone number, or address — that information is never exposed through the public site, to anyone.

Your right to request early deletion

You may ask us to clear your personal information before the retention period above ends. Contact us at fortheo.ph@gmail.com or 0998 384 2119 with your order reference, and we will confirm once it has been done.
